• Paydirt is a consumable product

• Opened or used items cannot be returned

• Subjective dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund

Guaranteed Products

If a product includes a stated guarantee and you believe it was not met:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Proof may be required

• Resolution may include replacement or store credit

Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
